Talk to a human — there's one behind every order anyway

After payment, every order is manually verified (usually within a few hours, always within 24). You then receive a private, invite-only Google Drive / Google Sheets link to your CSV or XLSX file, shared with the email you provide at checkout. Nothing is auto-emailed — a human approves every delivery.

Two reasons: fraud and chargebacks. Data products attract card-testing and payment reversal abuse. The manual step lets us confirm the payment is genuine and final before the data leaves our hands — which also protects legitimate buyers, because it keeps our prices low and our dataset from leaking into free circulation.

If a payment fails, is cancelled, or is reversed before verification completes, no data is delivered. If you cancelled by mistake, just pay again or contact us — we will match the order. We keep a record of every order and payment reference.

Yes — a free, unmasked 25-row sample of your exact selection (send us the configurator selection or describe your segment). We want you to see real rows before you spend anything beyond the minimum order.

Revenue values are model estimates in USD, built from registry filings, headcount, web traffic and industry benchmarks. They are directional — good for banding, screening and TAM work; not a substitute for audited financials in diligence. We say this everywhere on the site because we would rather under-promise.

The dataset is firmographic — company names, domains, industries, size, estimated revenue, location. It contains no personal data: no names of people, no personal emails, no phone numbers. That is a deliberate product decision.

A perpetual internal-business-use licence for the purchasing company: use it in your CRM, models, analyses and outreach. You may not resell, redistribute or publish the raw data. Aggregates and insights derived from it are yours.

The current vintage was assembled in mid-2026. Firmographics decay slowly (companies don't change industry or country often), but if you need scheduled refreshes or API-based sync, ask about a custom plan.

Yes. The configurator exposes the three most-requested dimensions, but we can filter by headcount band, founding year, ownership type (e.g. family-owned only), web traffic, or keyword in the description. Custom cuts are priced with the same volume brackets.

If we fail to deliver within 48 hours of a verified payment, you get a full refund, no questions. Because data cannot be 'returned', we don't refund delivered orders — that is what the free sample is for: check quality before you buy.
