This Privacy Policy explains how Veltria Data collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website, request a sample, contact us, evaluate a marketplace listing, or become a customer.

Veltria's commercial datasets are company-level firmographic products. They are intended to describe businesses, not individuals.

2. Information we collect from visitors and customers

When you contact us, request a sample, request marketplace access, or purchase a dataset, we may collect your name, business email address, company name, role, requested data scope, billing or procurement details, and messages you send to us.

We may also receive basic account and request metadata from marketplace operators, cloud marketplaces, payment processors, or scheduling tools when you interact with Veltria through those services.

3. How we use visitor and customer information

We use this information to evaluate requests, prevent misuse, provide samples, deliver approved data products, manage licensing, respond to support questions, improve our products, and comply with legal, tax, marketplace, and security obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or trade customer contact information to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

4. Veltria data products

Veltria data products are designed to contain company-level firmographic information only, such as company name, geography, industry classification, estimated revenue bands, headcount signals, website/domain, and business segmentation fields.

Veltria does not intentionally sell personal contact datasets, individual email addresses, direct phone numbers, personal addresses, sensitive personal data, or consumer profiles as part of its marketplace firmographic products.

If a field could reasonably identify an individual, we review it before marketplace distribution and may remove, suppress, aggregate, or restrict it.

5. Sources and processing

Veltria compiles company-level information from publicly available business web sources and internal enrichment, cleaning, deduplication, normalization, and quality-control workflows.

We use data processing to structure records, remove duplicates, assign business categories, estimate bands, and make datasets easier for business customers to evaluate and use.

6. Sharing and service providers

We may share limited customer information with service providers that help us operate our business, such as hosting providers, analytics tools, customer support tools, cloud marketplaces, data marketplaces, payment processors, document delivery services, and professional advisors.

Those providers are expected to process information only for the services they provide to Veltria or as required by law.

7. Marketplace and platform requests

If you access Veltria through a marketplace such as Databricks Marketplace or another platform, that marketplace may process your account, request, usage, and procurement information under its own terms and privacy notice.

Veltria is responsible for its own dataset descriptions, customer support, licensing terms, and data handling practices. The marketplace operator is responsible for its own platform and account processing.

8. Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect customer information and data product delivery workflows.

We retain customer and request information only as long as reasonably necessary for support, licensing, legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, marketplace, and business-record purposes.

9. Your choices and requests

You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of information you have provided to Veltria, subject to legal, security, marketplace, and recordkeeping requirements.

If your request concerns information held by a third-party marketplace or platform, you may also need to contact that platform directly.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as our products, compliance practices, or marketplace channels evolve. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
