1. Digital Delivery

Veltria provides digital data products. We do not ship any physical goods. All deliveries are made electronically.

2. Delivery Method

Upon successful payment and manual verification of your order, you will receive an email containing a secure, invite-only link to a Google Drive folder or Google Sheet containing your purchased data (in CSV or XLSX format).

3. Delivery Timeframe

Because we manually verify every order to prevent fraud, delivery is not instant. You can expect to receive your data link within 24 to 48 hours of your payment clearing.
