Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service govern access to Veltria Data's website, sample request flow, marketplace listings, and data products. By using the website, requesting a sample, requesting marketplace access, or purchasing a dataset, you agree to these Terms.

If you are acting for a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Data products

Veltria provides company-level firmographic datasets for business use cases such as market mapping, deal sourcing, CRM enrichment, account segmentation, and M&A research.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Veltria datasets are not personal contact databases and are not intended to include individual email addresses, direct phone numbers, personal addresses, sensitive personal data, or consumer profiles.

3. Samples and request review

Free samples are provided only for evaluation and may be limited by record count, fields, geography, industry, revenue band, or other filters. Veltria may review, approve, modify, or reject sample requests at its discretion.

Sample requests that appear abusive, automated, competitor-driven, resale-oriented, or designed to reconstruct large portions of a dataset may be rejected.

4. License terms

Unless a separate signed agreement or marketplace order states otherwise, paid datasets are licensed on a non-exclusive, non-transferable basis for the customer's internal business use.

Customers may use the data internally for analysis, segmentation, research, CRM enrichment, and business planning. Customers may create reports, insights, models, and aggregated outputs derived from the data for internal use or client advisory work, provided the raw or substantially similar dataset is not redistributed.

Additional or broader rights, including resale, redistribution, sublicensing, public publication, data-as-a-service use, model training for third parties, or embedding into a commercial product, require written approval from Veltria.

5. Restrictions

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, share, scrape, mirror, or make available the raw data or a substantially similar version of the data to third parties except as expressly authorized in writing.

You may not use Veltria data for unlawful discrimination, regulated eligibility decisions, consumer credit decisions, employment eligibility, housing eligibility, insurance underwriting, sensitive profiling, harassment, or any use prohibited by applicable law.

You may not attempt to reverse engineer personal data, infer sensitive personal attributes, or combine Veltria data with other datasets in a way that violates privacy, data protection, marketplace, or platform rules.

6. Data accuracy and updates

Veltria uses cleaning, deduplication, normalization, and quality-control processes, but business information changes frequently. Revenue, headcount, ownership, traffic, and classification fields may be estimated, incomplete, stale, or directional.

Data is provided for business research and operational decision support. Customers are responsible for validating important decisions independently.

7. Delivery and marketplace access

Delivery method may vary by order and channel, including CSV, spreadsheet, secure file transfer, direct delivery, or a cloud/data marketplace mechanism such as Databricks Marketplace or Delta Sharing once configured.

Marketplace access may require approval, platform account eligibility, marketplace terms, technical setup, and compliance review. Veltria may approve or reject access requests based on business fit, compliance risk, abuse prevention, and licensing scope.

8. Payment status

Online checkout is currently paused while Veltria completes payment account verification. No payment link should be treated as active unless it is published by Veltria after verification and explicitly confirmed as current.

Prices, packages, and discounts may change. A quote, invoice, marketplace order, or written confirmation controls the commercial terms for a specific purchase.

9. Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for using Veltria data in compliance with applicable laws, marketplace terms, internal policies, and contractual restrictions.

Customers are responsible for securing delivered files, controlling internal access, and preventing unauthorized copying, sharing, or redistribution.

10. Third-party platforms

If you access Veltria through a marketplace or platform, your use of that platform is also governed by the platform's own terms, privacy notice, and account rules.

Veltria is not responsible for third-party platform outages, account restrictions, procurement delays, or marketplace approval requirements.

11. Warranties and disclaimers

Veltria provides its website, samples, and data products on an as-is and as-available basis, except as expressly stated in a signed agreement or marketplace order.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veltria disclaims implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and complete accuracy.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veltria will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or procurement delays arising from use of the website, samples, or data products.

13. Suspension and termination

Veltria may suspend or terminate access to samples, datasets, or marketplace listings if we believe there is misuse, unauthorized redistribution, security risk, non-payment, legal risk, or violation of these Terms or applicable marketplace rules.

14. Changes

Veltria may update these Terms as its products, pricing, compliance posture, or marketplace channels evolve. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
