3. Non-Delivery

If we fail to deliver your data within 48 hours of a verified payment, you are entitled to a full refund, no questions asked.

4. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been verified and delivered, we will cancel the transaction and issue a full refund.
